Become a member of AASDN and distinguish yourself as an expert in sports nutrition.

If you are a licensed dietitian/nutritionist through the American Dietetics Association or are licensed through your state licensure commission, and also certified through a nationally recognized fitness organization (ACE, AFAA, NSCA, NATA, NASM, ACSM) you can complete the Short Form.  All other applicants must complete all forms.

If you are not a licensed dietitian/nutritionist but have a degree in nutrition you must complete the long form.
